Skin Conditions...Spider Veins
(Telangectasia)
Spider veins (Telangiectasias) are small, enlarged superficial blood
vessels that have a red to bluish tint and occur frequently on the
face and legs, but can occur anywhere on the body. These may be
individual vessels or come together to form a “mat”.
Spider veins are not associated with pain. These veins can be treated
in several different ways, including laser treatments, and may require
2-3 sessions. Improvement after treatment varies from 50 to 90 percent.
