Miss Karla Blixt is a newcomer to East Texas. We welcome her as an exceptional addition to our practice and our patients. Karla grew up in southeastern Pennsylvania, and also completed her undergraduate and graduate studies there. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Messiah College in Grantham, Pennsylvania, and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Arcadia University in Glenside, Pennsylvania.

Miss Blixt has worked in the field of dermatology since 2000. First, as a physician assistant in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, then relocating to Tyler in 2004 to join Dermatology Associates.

She enjoys traveling, acting, and spending time with family members and friends. She also likes to participate in activities within her church. Miss Blixt is currently seeing new and established patients. Knowledgeable, experienced and accessible, she can help you begin the process of diagnosis and treatment quickly and effectively. So you can get back to enjoying life successfully.
